1. Who May Use This Website This Site is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Parents or guardians may use the Site to explore offerings for their minor children. 4. Payments and Bookings If you book services through this Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Payments may be made through secure third-party providers. Pricing, billing schedules, and refund policies are disclosed at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Donations Donations made through this Site are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our Tax ID is 93-2383666. We collect donor information as required to comply with IRS reporting obligations. By donating, you agree that we may collect and maintain your contact and donation information for record-keeping purposes. Donations are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, downloadable materials, and media — is the property of The Rise Project and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.

7. FERPA Compliance We respect the privacy rights of students and families under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Any educational records maintained by us are protected and disclosed in compliance with FERPA regulations.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Riverside County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a trial by jury.
