Refund Policy

At The Rise Project, we understand that life happens and plans change. While we strive to provide high-quality educational programs and support services, we also want to be fair and transparent about our refund practices.
Please review the following refund policy before enrolling in any classes, labs, or events.
1. General Policy
All program payments and deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of registration.
This includes:

Class or lab registration fees

Parenting Lab enrollment fees

Assessment or administrative fees
-
Deposits securing a student’s place in a session
2. Special Circumstances
Partial refunds or credit may be considered under the following circumstances:

Documented medical emergencies

Program cancellations initiated by The Rise Project

Charter school funding delays (when applicable and documented)

Significant family or life events communicated before the session start date
All special refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@riseonpurpose.org and will be reviewed by our administrative team.
3. Make-Up Policy
Because of our small-group structure and limited capacity, make-up classes or sessions are not guaranteed. We encourage families to commit to the full duration of the programs for maximum benefit.
4. Cancellation of Services
The Rise Project reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, class, or event. In such cases, you may be offered:

A full refund

A program credit

An opportunity to transfer to a future session
